Our Projects
Our R&D center carries out in-house, national and international projects with a strong team of researchers and technicians. It cooperates with universities and carries out joint studies with both the sector and academia. It also contributes to the sector by making presentations about projects at congresses. By providing graduate students with job opportunities, it offers them the opportunity to take part in R&D processes. With its R&D center projects, the company breaks many new grounds and expands its consumer range with functional and varied product groups. R&D Center projects are deemed worthy of many awards in terms of quality and innovation.

In line with the project, which was entitled to be supported for university-public-private sector cooperation within the scope of TAGEM 2024 call, the project for the Development of Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) Rich Probiotic Cottage Cheese Using Domestic Strains is being carried out under the coordination of Yıldız Technical University in cooperation with Bursa Food and Feed Control Central Research Institute Directorate.
