- Put the warm milk, yeast and sugar in a deep bowl and mix. Cover and wait 8-10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
- Add oil, egg white, yogurt and salt to the yeast and mix.
- Gradually add flour and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Cover your dough with cling film and leave it to ferment for 40-45 minutes.
- After fermenting, take tangerine-sized pieces from the dough, roll them and place them on the tray. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Bake the doughs smeared with egg yolk in a 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
- When the pastries are warm, cut them into sandwiches and spread labne cheese inside.
