In the immediate vicinity of our cheese production facility in Lüleburgaz, we have farmers who provide us with the most delicious milk. We support them with trainings and work with them for better milk.

We support dairy farming to improve the quality and efficiency of milk and contribute to the development of farms with a special premium system. With our special training program for dairy farms, we aim to increase milk productivity and quality across the country. With our trainings, we provide information on increasing the microbiological quality of milk, proper use and cleaning of milking equipment, composition of milk and quality milk criteria, and cleaning of storage and transfer equipment.

We conduct chemical and microbiological analyzes of the milk we supply. Then we cool and pasteurize it in a short time.

This Taste Comes from Thrace

We have a large facility in Lüleburgaz, consisting of 67,000 m2 of open and 14,000 m2 of closed area, where approximately 300 people work. As Bahçıvan Peynir, which produces all kinds of cheese, from sliced feta cheese to cottage cheese, from butter to labneh, from cream cheese to cheddar cheese; we bring together many of our delicious, high quality and nutritious products with cheese lovers in the nature of Thrace.

Sustainable Production Technology

After all, we produce the basic food source. For this reason, we work with the BRCGS management system, which is accepted all over the world to ensure the safety of food, and we carry out HACCP practices in which we analyze the dangers that may arise in our products in advance.

We designed the production hall and equipment in our factory in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules, using easy-to-clean stainless steel, durable floors and hygienic drainage systems. We have improved our cheese range by following the latest technology in cheese production techniques as well as hygiene. We continue to improve our product range by using ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and microfiltration technologies.

We use our energy and resources efficiently and export our products to 4 continents worldwide with sustainable production technology.

We Research, We Develop

In 2017, we started work on establishing an R&D center for cheese production at our facility in Lüleburgaz. We conduct innovative research on milk, cheese and cheese products at our R&D center, which became operational with the approval of the Ministry in 2018. We continuously measure the quality of our products with our sensory, physical, chemical, instrumental and microbiological laboratories.
