Ingredients;
- Boil 1 package of spaghetti and set aside 1 cup of the boiling water.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese and set a third of it aside.
- Grate the garlic cloves.
- Slice the veal bacon thinly.
- In 1 teaspoon of butter, lightly fry the beef bacon and grated garlic and set aside.
- Slice the chicken breast julienne and sauté with butter.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl; prepare Carbonara sauce by mixing with grated parmesan, pasta water and parsley.
- Put the sautéed chicken, beef bacon and pasta in the same pot and cook over low heat with salt and pepper.
- Quickly mix the egg sauce you prepared and add it to the pasta.
- Serve with grated Parmesan and parsley.
