Cheese is one of major food products affecting human health directly. By acting with the sense of responsibility and consciousness, Bahçıvan Gıda considers quality as a whole and shows same awareness for all parts of the whole. Milk received hygienically from milk producing farms is cooled as soon as possible. After making preliminary controls, it is carried to our production facilities through tankers without breaking cold air chain. In order to increase milk quality and ensure continuity in quality, trainings are provided to countryside and milk producers. Milk passed through control in production facilities is subject to pasteurisation. Pasteurized milk is processed according to the type of cheese to be produced.
