- 50 gr Bahçıvan Kashar Cheese
- 100g Bahçıvan Mozzarella Ball in Water
- 3 egg
- 1 glasses of oil
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 glass of yoghurt
- 1 pack of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- As much flour as it takes
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of black cumin
- 1 pinch of sesame
Finely chop the dill and parsley.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes.
Grate the cheddar cheese.
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
Continue to whisk the eggs by adding oil, yogurt and milk.
Add the chopped dill and parsley, salt and baking soda to the mixture.
Continue to whisk by adding flour little by little.
Add the latest cheeses and divide the mixture into muffin moulds.
Dust with black cumin and sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius until brown.
