    In accordance with the principle of management by goals at BahçıvanGıda, the company, the department and the employee individually set goals annually. These goals in measurable principle-based are evaluated at the end of the year.

    The business goals and competencies of blue collar and white collar staffs are also reviewed during their annual performance evaluation. Also in consideration with the results and actual observations the training and development needs of employees are determined, the employees are rewarded with a bonus in according to their achievement of target.
